Hazra is a qualified HR professional with an MSC in Human Resource Management and Development. With a degree she has acquired a CIPD level 7 qualification.
Hazra’s HR experience is working across a variety of sectors from Retail, Medical Legal to Healthcare. Starting her HR career in Marks & Spencers HR shared Services, she quickly gained experience and exposure in her role as a HR Graduate at ExamWorks.
What she enjoys about working in HR is the ability to influence change and help develop the people around her.
In her opinion the most important quality required to be successful in HR is the ability to be resilient as this allows HR professionals to achieve optimum performance during challenging times. She is dedicated to delivering a good HR service to the business with a strong focus on driving efficiencies through high performance staff by bringing our people with us on the journey.
