Janine has worked for ASC Healthcare for 3 years, and has over a decade of experience in healthcare. She has a Health Professions Diploma and is about to begin a Nursing Degree BSc (Hons) with the support ASC. She joined the company as a Team Leader and has recently begun a new role as Mental Health Hospital Administrator. She enjoys working at ASC and loves being part of such a hard working team.
Hazra Ibrahim – HR Manager
Hazra is a qualified HR professional with an MSC in Human Resource Management and Development. With a degree he has acquired a CIPD level 7 qualification.
Hazra’s HR experience is working across a variety of sectors from Retail, Medical Legal to Healthcare. Starting his HR career in Marks & Spencers HR shared Services, he quickly gained experience and exposure in his role as a HR Graduate at ExamWorks.
What he enjoys about working in HR is the ability to influence change and help develop the people around him.
In his opinion the most important quality required to be successful in HR is the ability to be resilient as this allows HR professionals to achieve optimum performance during challenging times. He is dedicated to delivering a good HR service to the business with a strong focus on driving efficiencies through high performance staff by bringing our people with us on the journey.

A chartered accountant from the “big four accountancy firms” with multiple years’ experience in industry. Successful track record in managing large teams in the FMCG industry with a key focus in profit maximisation, process and budgetary control.
In recent years, moved into the social care sector managing the finance and payroll department. Experience in process improvements, budget setting, system implementation and profit maximisation.
