FAQ – What We Do For You…


What hours will I have to work? A typical working week will be worked flexibly over 7 days within a shift pattern. This for all grades of nursing staff and will include working weekends and night shifts.
What will be my holiday entitlement? Paid holiday entitlement starts at 28 days plus bank holidays.
Do you provide any help with the cost of childcare? Yes.  You can exchange part of your salary for childcare vouchers and save up to £1,195 per year in Tax and National Insurance costs.
Do you provide healthcare insurance? Yes.  You can join our Private Medical Cover Scheme.  We pay for this (except for your personal tax liability).  You can also choose to buy extra cover for your family members.
How will you help with my development? We will have a comprehensive training and development programme which includes access to internal and external courses, mentoring scheme, shadowing and coaching.  You will have routine reviews with your Line Manager to identify your developmental needs as part of a personal development programme.
Do you provide access to any gym / fitness facilities? Yes. We are unable to provide these on site however we have successfully negotiated reduced corporate rates of membership to a local reputable facility for all employees
